Quoting: Anonymous Coward 65063649 Because once everyone knows and finds out about the fraud that NASA is, the government will do it like they do all projects...fade it into history, like it never happened. And the ball will continue to roll on under a new name. Wow astroshill, you would beat me like a redheaded stepchild if i said something this truthful, shouldnt this guy be banned from your thread? SpaceX is a private company and they are funding this rocket's development entirely themselves. Just wanted to make that clear. Also, they seem to be doing it far cheaper and making more progress than the government's SLS rocket, which was supposed to be an "easy kitbash" of old Shuttle era hardware. PRIVATE MY ASS. Give me a fucking break. No business losing millions and millions of dollars a year, not turning a single profit for a decade Who gave you access to SpaceX's books? Oh right, no one. "The U.S. Air Force granted SpaceX a generous $40.7 million contract to develop their Raptor Engine, which will be used on the BFR and potentially future Air Force projects." And that is just ONE example and I can provide hundreds. Quoting: ACSo? They win government contracts, I never said they didn't. The Air Force is not contracting them to build the BFR or Starship. In fact the Raptor was originally supposed to be a potential upgrade for the upper stage of the Falcon 9, but that's another story. |

There are many places to go beyond belief." Quoting: Neil WeakLegs 77675510 When you discover something in science you are removing one of truth's protective layers. Yeah, Neil Armstrong and his Mason buddies (Astroshill what lodge to do belong to?) said himself that he guided the return module with no navigation, using his eye sight back from the moon. Yah ok Neil. Nobody believes anymore. Nope. He used his eyesight to align the navigation system, that's how it was designed, with scanning telescopes and sextants that had to be manually controlled to sight on stars. You got it wrong. |
