Let's give some context here.


The whistleblower was the result of his lawyer Mark Zaid putting out ads for whistleblowers to accuse Trump.

The whistleblower (allegedly Michael Berry) had been digging up Ukraine dirt on Trump when he got assigned by McMaster to replace a pro-Trump CIA liaison. McMaster packed the NSC with every Trump-hating traitor he could find and fired the Trump loyalists.

Bolton replaced Barry and sent him back to the CIA. Bolton cleared out a lot of the traitors and replaced them with neocons. The traitors went back to Langley (across the river and about 9 miles up the road) all butthurt.

Barry contacted Schiff directly when the top CIA lawyer wouldn't advance his cause. It is suspected that the "whistleblower" complaint was really written by Schiff's staff. After contacting Schiff he submitted what looks like a legal indictment. It violated procedure for him to contact Schiff – in theory he needed the IG or his chain of command (at the Director level) to approve this.

Not only was he not present on the call, he wasn't even in the White House, he was hearing scuttlebutt at Langley. Which means a number of CIA staff were violating their employment agreements. Further he was only able to make his claim because "ta da" the whistleblower complaint form was revised just in time for him to submit a hearsay complaint. The form before his complaint required direct evidence.

The Whistleblower's attorney Mark Zaid claims to have a second whistleblower lined up.

The Whistleblower is the 2nd coming of Blasey-Ford.

Much like a Clinton Strategist once said: Drag a hundred-dollar bill through a trailer park, you never know what you'll find."

Zaid is setting up $250,000 gofundme accounts for the whistleblowers. There aren't any trailer parks in DC, so it takes more bait.

But it does look (since the talking points match) like Schiff's staff drafted the complaint.
