Trump was caught orange handed.

Who said he was afraid of anything? Why is the left so RABID to force a president to do something that he isn't required by law to do? Why is the left determined to undermine absolutely everything Trump does and why do they demand he be found guilty of crimes that THEY have committed?

Trump might bail if the appeal upholds He’ll do anything to keep his taxes from being made public. He doesn’t want his peers to know he’s in the red and virtually penniless.

And you know this how? Are you with the IRS? Are you releasing PRIVATE information about a U.S. citizen?

And for the Democrats to force him to do something that isn't even a law would make Trump be a loser to the Democrats if they win

There's loblaw saying anyone has to show their income tax, ever

If they get Trumps taxes they will see it's all fine and dandy

But here's another thought

We see how Democrats can take anything, even simple phone call and make it fit their narrative

They will take his tax returns and by the time they are done they will have Trump looking like Al Capone, lol

Apparently you're unaware Trump can appeal this ALL THE WAY to the SCOTUS if need be. Do you really think he will lose with the SCOTUS?

The President's Immunity include not bringing any legal action against him too.

I didn’t have to pay taxes for about 5 years because of a write off

People use everything they can to lower taxes, losses in business are a huge write off among other things

Investigations are conducted before indictments are obtained and charges are filed.

But investigations require "probable cause". Story Daniels is not evidence that requires release of tax returns.

The tax return issue was before any evidence of anything and was a campaign/election tactic.

A 1st year law student could easily prove this is politically motivated.

There is nothing illegal in them, the IRS would have found it already. If anything, he may not be worth 7 billion, only 3.

How would there ever be "probable cause" if no investigations were ever Opened?

Grand juries and preliminary hearings are meant to determine whether there is enough evidence, or probable cause, to indict a criminal suspect and that is based on evidence collected during an investigation.

Basic surveillance does not. But those that require a warrant, like a FISA warrant absolutely do.

I noticed you ignored how easy it is to prove political motivation. If the tax issue is appealed to the SCOTUS, that will be a significant consideration.

Further, the entire chain of evidence is based on FISA warrants that all indications were illegally obtained with false documents and false information.

When he has the AG and the Senate in his pocket they can call anything bogus.
