I don't agree. I just reached up to my forehead like he did to see what finger I'd use....as if to scratch. I also tend to extend my middle finger EXACTLY like he did. He wasn't flipping anyone off! I never use any other finger...not even my index finger.

I even used my middle finger on my right hand to type this message! My middle finger on my left hand presses most keys along with the "shift' button. I just picked up my cell phone to see how I type texts. OMG! I only use the middle finger on my right hand. I have no idea how people use their thumb. lol
