They won't prescribe anything useful for CFS, or Bipolar disorder. Caffeine is a CNS Stimulant with extremely high potential for abuse because it acts as adenosine-receptor antagonist. The brain has absolutely no problem creating more receptors.

That without a doubt causes more problems releated to sleep and wake cycles and requiring more caffeine to feel awake and withdraw is bad. Dissociative class drugs very particular ones really helped me out but most of them have withdraw and high potential for abuse.

I tried microdoses of particular psychedelics which worked well however most of these drugs are illegal and distributors can't ever be reliable and it gets expensive testing crap and getting fake crap is very probable.

So honestly drugs just ain't worth the suffering because the government can't effectively regulate anything, and has retarded basis and discrimination against ones that are the most efficient.
