Seems like all this is scripted for public consumption and what is 'breaking news' is new to the public, but not to those who know what is going on behind the scenes. Baker probably flipped months ago. It appears Barr/Durham leaked certain info as a heads-up to what was imminent. While it once seemed the IG report was the real start of criminal proceedings, a Grand Jury has already been seated and when the report comes out the indictments will follow shortly. It has been reported that Barr is 'further ahead' than we know and the ducks are already lined up. Whatever in hell Shifty Schiff was up to with the whistleblower, it is far too late to backtrack on that upcoming shitstorm.

This is true, most real investigations are done before knowledge of them becomes public! Witnesses are interviewed, informants information is investigated, leads are followed, wiretapping has been in place, months if not years ago.
