Sorry to hear that everything is crashing, AC. It will probably not be of any comfort, because you are so in the thick of this, but this is the time when anything which has flaws - including human DNA - is destined to come out into the open. Everything will be challenged. This is because we as a planet are "in the thick" of the Photon Belt, an area of high energy which forces change and deletes that which is of "inferior quality". Thus all secrets will rise to the surface, and all problems also.

The quality you have chosen is RESPECT - a very important one for us all. You are invited to increase this in your daily live. I would say LIVE IN THE PRESENT. In the end, it won't matter what or who you vote for. No party will save the situation. And no vaccination will prevent disease of the mind. Ask yourself the following questions:

Have you noticed that people who talk a lot actually talk around the essential issues in their lives?
Do you feel victimised?
Given that all relationships are 50/50, in what way have you agreed to be a victim?
How often do you interpret other people's reactions as a personal insult?
What past experience do you not want to put behind you?
What good experience can you focus on right now at this very moment?
Supposing new paths will not open to you before you decide to let them open?
How often do you feel gratitude?

Dear Readers: the number of problems on this planet presently breaks all bounds of imagination, and it is easy to become overwhelmed, resulting in debilitating paralysis and resignation. This stance will not, however, contribute to improvement.

Yet everyone, however deep and twisted the problem which besets them personally, can choose another way of regarding it, and another way of reacting. Everyone can work on personal difficulties and conflicts, and in fact if everyone did, there would be no global problems as a result. Thus we are encouraged to work on ourselves in our own individual capacities.

What I would like to offer on this thread is the QUALITY which, if you increase it and practice it daily, will help to relieve your particular problem. It is not necessary to provide details of the problem concerned. For example you could simply say I AM HAVING PROBLEMS AT WORK AT THE MOMENT. Then, choose a number between 1 and 100.

I will then provide you - here on this thread - with a QUALITY to solve the problem, and with questions you can ask yourself. Of course I welcome feedback, but it is not necessary.

I have a problem with procrastination. I do not procrastinate in every area of life. I occupy myself with plenty of of interesting and beneficial things. But I procrastinate enough in some areas as to have a deleterious impact on the whole.

Is that really you?
Do you feel you are playing a part in a play which has little to do with you?
How long do you intend to continue acting?
Have you decided to relinquish any part of yourself?
Have you decided to succumb to the power of another?
How often do you make excuses?
What do you really want to do?
When did you last cry?
How do you react when you feel you have not been heard?
Do you listen to others?
What attractive but ‘dangerous’ experience is beckoning to you?
Do you express the full range of emotions?
What would change if we all expressed joy, anger, love, sorrow, surprise and pain immediately when they arise?

Hello dear Sugar Sand and thank you for participating. The quality you have chosen is DECISIVENESS, which seems to be the opposite of procrastination. Perhaps it will become clearer that procrastination is not simply a state of being but is something which results from lack of decision-making. Here are some questions which will lead you hopefully in a more active direction:

In what way are you destroying yourself?
What if you focussed on long-term fulfilment, instead of short-term fixes?

First of all, I am so sorry for your loss. I have never had a cat, but I got very attached to one over a short period of 2 weeks. I cannot imagine how devastating it must be to lose one after a long time. Your consolation would be to know that you have provided him/her with so much love and an opportunity to build up trust. This has helped to move them forward on the spiritual journey, and the soul of your cat will probably incarnate into a human body the next time around ...

Which quality can help you during this transitionary period? You have intuitively chosen MINDFULNESS. This means not dwelling too much on the past, and not looking fearfully to the future, but remaining as much as possible in full awareness of the NOW, appreciating small details, and also looking present issues head on. Perhaps your focus has been on a limited or fixed direction. If so, perhaps time to look in a different direction or make a different decision. I hope that the following questions may be able to present a new perspective.

How much responsibility do you take on for the people surrounding you?
If you are continuously giving, what is it that you continuously expect?
How much responsibility do you take on for yourself?

Thank you. I would translate this as "go for a physical check up" - and also, physical symptoms are manifestations of psychological symptoms. For example, if you are having digestive problems, then there are some emotions that you have not been able to digest properly, or if you have a stuffed up nose, then you can ask yourself what you are fed up with ....

Hi dear DiXie: travel well. I am not sure how this fits in with your present state of being and feeling, but you have chosen the quality of COMMITMENT, and you are invited ton increase it. It sounds as if you have committed, or not quite committed yourself to this next step in your journey. Perhaps this is an invitation to embrace this more fully.

Personally, I am convinced that we are always in the right place at the right time for the next important learning lesson. This does not always mean that the experience is pleasant, but it affords great learning.

First of all dear MrGTO, congratulations on your honesty in this. This is the first step towards taking another path which will bring you more joy. The quality you have chosen is OPEN-MINDEDNESS, which is practically the opposite of have fixed ideas, or a fixed view. In many relationships, partners will have fixed views of each other, and maybe also of themselves, which do not allow any leverage for growth. Yet growth is what leaves us, which allows us to tell each other our new experiences. Without growth, a relationship will become stale and stagnant. So here are some questions which may help you to look into this further.

Is it really empty?

Hello dear Scorpion and thank you for your question. You have chosen an interesting name. Would you feel differently, or act differently if you were called puppy or lamb? I am just speculating on this because the quality you have chosen is GENTLENESS, and you are invited to increase this quality in your daily life. Why do you make bad choices for yourself? Because you do not love and respect yourself enough, is the answer which comes to mind. Why do people fail to love themselves? Sometimes it is due to a lack of trust due to a past experience, and they let themselves be dominated by the past. Sometimes it is because they have committed some crime for which they cannot forgive themselves. If this is the case, forgiveness of self is absolutely necessary, otherwise you are chained to the past and cannot make progress, and spiritual progress is what this experience on earth is all about. Here are some questions which might help you move in another direction:

What burden are you carrying?
Whose burden are you carrying?
How much longer do you intend to carry it?
How deeply can you identify with the sufferings of living beings, whether animals or humans?
How long do you wait until you speak?
What feelings are you not communicating?
Who do you let intimidate you?
What strategies have you developed to deal with feeling estranged?
Which burning question would you actually like to ask?
Are you aware of the power of your gentleness?
In view of the law of attraction, what sort of energy do you wish to send out and what sort of energy do you wish to attract?
What if everyone worldwide approached all living beings with gentleness?
