from the studies i have seen, "10mg Boron for 6 days was able to reduce estrogen without influencing total androgen status, but increasing free testosterone"

that's a double win

I bought a regular box of borax at dollar General, it said on the label not to use for health reasons because a chemical or something is added..is that true? I always thought regular borax was ok to use...i have arthritis , almost 50

Currently taking 4-6mg a day to help with bones/joints/ connective tissues. The testosterone bump is an added benefit. I believe I once read boron also aids in removal of fluoride from the body. Not 100% on that tho.

I take a full range of supplements but honestly, that's a new one to me. I'm going to have to check into it - haven't looked into the new vitamin research in a couple years.

AC: Hyalauronic Acid, Willow Bark supplement (from which comes salysilic acid, i.e. aspirin), MSM, & high quality fish oil.

Never had any degenerative issues with my joints but I did blow out my back a few years back. Started with regular dosages of that on the advice of a guy working at GNC & shockingly I got extremely noticeable pain relief right away. After gradual healing, & Yoga & stretching (taking that supplement regimen the whole time), my back is as good as new.

I still use then but at greatly diminished frequency (NEVER follow the daily recommended dosages on vitamins & supplements - they're always exaggerated).

20 mule team borax?
If so that is 100% natural.

Do your research on the proper dosage and it will do wonders for your arthritis and revive your drive.

another new one for me is taurine.

i got the tip somewhere here recently (like yesterday).

not sure about borax, and i had also read about it, but the warnings made me wary, and the supplements are cheap enough from good sources.

I love that stuff. I use borax, $6/box. I'm pretty sure that was what was being referenced when a bad kid got his mouth washed outwith soap (and swallowed it rather than spit it out) Not very popular today as healthy people seem to think cleared than the ones who are always ill.

Twenty Mule Team Borax? And they said they "added" something to it? I don't believe it. Why would they do that? Easiest dose is to lick your finger, stick it in the powder and then lick it off your finger. daily.

I take boron capsules, 6-9mg, when I remember.

Been taking it for a few years now. Just a 3mg capsule a day to avoid deficiency, but I also eat Boron-containing foods.

Still, I should probably bump it up another 3mg's.

The Borox I use is in a capsule for easy digestion.
It helps regulate the calcium needed by bones and
other areas.
..As a mechanic many years ago I started having
pain un my knuckles from arthritis. When I started
taking Glucosamine/Chondroiten tablets ( triple strength )
my pain went away in about 4-5 weeks.
Boron helps with this as well.
Most health food stores will help you.
Also go to " www.earthclinic.com " for more help.
