You people that think Trump can just snap his fingers and drain the swamp, jail the swamp creatures and that if he hasn't done it yet it means he is failing are missing the point. Do you want him to rush in, burn down the house and leave lots of loop holes they can escape justice through? Or do you want him to be methodical and do things properly so there is no way for the noose to escape them? Procedure is important and it takes time to set it up properly.
