If O'Keefe actually has something (ANYTHING substantial) then logic would dictate that he would have already been in touch with the FBI (at least the very last and few good people at the FBI if that even exists) and arrests would have been made by now. OR at the very least, there'd be a serious investigation rather than a publicity stunt.
