Electricity distribution had massive public funding to become real. That took good leadership in Government to make it happen. The same thing needs to happen, and instead of the money coming from us, it can come from the $75 TRILLION dollars the oil industry makes each year from us, instead of us taxpayers footing the bill again, feeding our money back up into their pockets. |
