Need some solutions to a homeless issue!!!

So my wife has a business that she rents a building for. Her dumpster area is constantly rummaged through and trash thrown everywhere. Not only that but it’s a serious health issue because of the hundreds of needles that are accumulating now from intravenous drug abuse. We have tried locking the doors with a chain and padlock, last night they busted the lock off and threw trash everywhere. They urinate in there and once or twice have found fecal matter.

The property owners response was, “well we don’t want to piss off the homeless people so just try to exist with them peacefully.” He refuses to pay for a security to make rounds throughout the night

Last week I bought a pump sprayer and have had my wife douse everything in bleach before she leaves, and that still hasn’t deterred the fuckers.

What’s a good deterrent that’s not going to seriously harm anyone and get my wife a charge, we are at wits end so I’m coming here for that glp wisdom.
