Well I'll try to be concise. It involves trauma based mind control, secret societies and dark rituals. Manchurian candidates crossed with Satanism...

It involves being tortured at very young age, depending on the project or type of slave they are looking for. Once the child's mind is broken, through dissociation. Alters are created. Then rituals are done while these alters are in the control seat of the child's consciousness. These rituals involve specific trauma which opens up portals for these demons to come through and inhabit the body.

Then the demonised alter is then given codes and triggers to come to the driver's seat of the consciousness, taking over the person's consciousness.
