Whoever approved an interview at all is an idiot. The Prince and the Palace don't understand that the world has changed. They can't control the news anymore. The internet is here, and when you get one of them telling tall tales and showing no remorse for Epstein's victims, it's going to go very badly.

Nothing short of a royal death will allow Andrew to fall out of the news, maybe it's time for Phillip to do his duty to the family and die. Now would be a very convenient time to change the news cycle, stir up some sorrow and sympathy while they get Andy hidden on some private estate out of the reach of would be accusers and nosy reporters.

Hopefully, this scandal will lead to abolition of the monarchy, but that’s prob just wishful thinking... too many royalist sycophant ass lickers from southern England.

Notice how he seems to always wear that "BLUE SHIRT" when he's out having fun, same one he was wearing when he was with Virginia.

Piers Morgan called the interview an insane thing to do and I agree with him. Who the heck advised Prince Andrew to do this interview and give stupid answers like the ones he gave? If I had been his PR person, I would have advised him from the start of the scandal to keep his big mouth shut and keep a low profile until the scandal all blew over rather than continue to speak out and draw unwanted and negative attention to himself. The majority of the public have the memory of goldfish and would have quickly forgotten he was involved if he would quit reminding them that he is involved in the scandal in the first place.

He got caught with his hand in the proverbial cookie jar and there is no talking his way out of this Epstein scandal. Nobody believes he is innocent in all of this.

Prince Andrew is like the three year old kid that was caught with sprinkles on his face lying to his mommy saying he didn't do anything. Um ya right sure kid. A three year old lying about what he has been up to might be cute but it is not a cute look on a 58 year old man like Prince Andrew who should know better and take responsibility for his own actions.

Actually, prostitution is not illegal in the UK.

Advertising prostitution is illegal.
Being a pimp is illegal.
Trafficking woman into the country to be prostitutes is illegal.
But the actual act of prostitution - not illegal.

So, while Epstein broke a pile of laws there, the females he dragged along did not.

Just my observation...

The interview was only so he could publicly deliver the “pizza party” line. That one statement was to state that he would roll over on anyone that tried to do him harm.
