If someone was able to put together some diagram of this device and post it onto Youtube, well...it seems that someone else has figured out how to make a replica, a working one, at that, (unless someone was able to use the same one without someone else's knowledge?) and that -- there will almost ALWAYS be a battle over the controlling of the future events of History?
