Anecdotal but relevant. In 2015 during the first Republican debate (remember that one with 10 candidates?) a group of about 12 or so friends and acquaintances came over to my house to watch. It was an evenly divided group. Within the first 1/2 hour or so, with then candidate Trump ripping into everyone in sight, I predicted he was to become the Republican nominee and would become President. A Hillary supporter tried to make me a laughing stock but I was adamant about my gut feeling. We made a money bet in front of everyone. I collected on that bet when he won even with the hard feelings.

Well, wouldn't you know I saw that die hard Hillary supporter yesterday and she astonished me when she said her vote is going to Trump in November 2020. She cited various reasons but the main one being her disgust of how the sham impeachment hearing were taking place.

Now believe me, we're talking about staunch democrat support flipping. It truly is good to see but there are still a few other supporters who have not quite come to their senses yet.
