You want a really cool shrine you could google images of Mexican 'offerendas" like they make in their homed for the day of the dead.

Lots of color. photos, the person's favorite likes and habits ( like golf) then you put out some offerings like a tiny booze or stogies...what ever they like.

It's not just for dead but anyone or thing you want to pay homage too.

An orange. A Pinocchio doll. Yak hair. An empty blue suit. A blonde Barbie doll.

My suggestion would be to build it in your guest bathroom. With the shrine offering a place to dispose of the feces you will present to a picture of Trump on a daily basis.

Let the picture have plenty of time to absorb the odor of feces, and then you can flush it all, clean the toilet bowl, and be ready for the next day's worship of the Orange Man.

If you do not have indoor plumbing, consider doing the same thing over a latrine dug far away from your home so you will not inhale the fumes meant for the picture of Trump that is central to your shrine.
