If Trump say nothing until Virginia actually enforces the law against the unwilling, Trump keeps and maintains the high moral/legal ground. Its called keeping your powder dry. I think a judge would laugh at that defense Any judge who a gives pass to violent enforcement of Virginia state gun laws will be challenged in Federal Court.
