If I am remembering rightly, congress had already signed to go to war before Bush said anything, it had been agreed on. I have not gone back to check only it the memory I have from that time, the hit on the Twin tower had nothing to do with the war in Iraq. We had them under sanction and dang if the children were starving to death, I remember that dang Secretary of State saying that it was those children's death was worth it. She looks like a hawk and thin hair, I trying to remember her name, sometimes there are people you know who they are only you really don't want to remember them. I think she was Clinton's SoS. Or the UN ambassador. She was one of them. Horrible woman and she was rude to another woman in the same position she was in from another country she treated her as if she was hired, maid. The woman was dark-skinned. I think her name was Madeline Albright. What she said about those children in Iraq was beyond a normal thing to say. She says them dying was worth what they were doing. This was not a few children it was thousands upon thousands.

In the future, all those who want to run for Congress must take 40 hours of Civics classes, and pass, before they are eligible to run for office. That way they will know how government works and is run. No excuse.
