The vatican supports itself mostly on the backs of American catholics and then refuses to give any money back to American catholics. They're not getting the contributions they used to get because folks don't want their money going to settlements for the priest pedofile cases. Most people are furious at the second round of cases, after the original cases were revealed and the vatican assured them it would never happen again. It did. |

Church is (supposed to be) a thing by, of and for the faithful. Money that comes in is the congregations money and is spent, supposedly, on behalf of and with the congregations blessing. That's how it should be and how you want your church. These are just the consumate experts of taking every good rule and spirit and turning it to serve their own purposes Thankfully, it does not "ruin it for everybody", just the catholics, because its their money and a lot seems to go to slippers, robes and catered meals. They "technically" broke no laws but perhaps their own and nobody has grounds for a case except the catholics. They could technically demand a "court" like we have, if they want. But really, what's stealing a few million (or billion) from their own "charity" after utterly destroying countless lives. Never forget that the vatican is a human construct. My wife told me a story her grandmother told her,my wife is from mexico,but her grandmother a big time catholic,told her when she was a young girl,she was in the church,and went down in the basement,and down below in that church in mexico,there were dead bodies of little babies...allot of them...wife told me this years ago,so i forgot the whole story...but its always stuck in my head.. Priest having sex with the nuns... YA that church is going down,one day...Maybe the This Pope that they have now,knows all this shit,and wants to kill it.. Maybe hes a good guy??? If something is rotten to the core,you throw it away,you cant try to fix it,or eat...or make it eatable ...and that church has shown its colors... Time to put fire to it....Because it is shown to be NO GOOD. Its NOT GODS CHURCH..ITS satans...So clearly,A blind person can see it.. I know a lady in our community that is always collecting "donations" for her Catholic "charity". A good many well-meaning people who are NOT part of the Catholic church give to these charities thinking their hard-earned money is going to a worthy cause. In those instances, it IS our "beeswax" to know our neighbors are being lied to. I doubt this sweet lady collecting for those catholic charities has any idea. She thinks she is serving the greater good, not helping fund a great evil! |
