Neither nation are as they appear once you understand the paperwork side of things. They are registered corporations, not countries at all.

I think you will find the UK Crown corporation had to do a deal with the inhabitants of NZ to gain rightful authority over them, no such deal was ever done with the aboriginal people of Australia who are the lawful and rightful owners of AU.

Even the UN has agreed AU was taken from them unlawfully and the current inhabitants are on the hook to pay back every cent, give back every piece of land and pay them out for every ton of mineral mined illegally in AU. In AU it self this information has been censored to the AU people who are denied this knowledge.

In the courts under commercial Law you cannot sell anything with you did not create yourself or did not obtain legally. Land is not legal to sell as you would have to claim to be god in the courts to obtain rightful ownership.

Australia at the time of federation had a large irish catholic population which didn't gel with New Zealand's wasp society, that's one of the reasons they opted out of merging with us.
