That second article of impeachment charges President Trump with obstruction of Congress for refusing to comply with congressional subpoenas in the absence of a final court order. In so charging him, the House Judiciary Committee has arrogated to itself the power to decide the validity of its subpoenas, as well as the power to determine whether claims of executive privilege must be recognized, both powers that properly belong with the judicial branch of our government, not the legislative branch.
What the Supreme Court is saying is that the House Of Representatives have gone rouge. They are trying to be their own court system. They are trying to run the Senate and tell it what to do. But they also are trying to hinder and control the executive branch.

This is obvious "abuse of power" and Pelosi needs to do the right thing and resign. Adam Pencil neck on the other hand needs to be thrown from office, charged with lying to congress and the american people. He is a traitor but I'll give Pelosi the benefit of the doubt and blame some of her errant ways on old age senility.

Who is evidently giving HIS viewpoint of what will likely happen.
