bitcoin advice
Hi

I've been wanting to dip into crypto for some time now but am obviously nervous.

I have managed to get my head around "mining" and know that it doesn't involve dwarves with pick axes toiling away in the Swiss Alps.

I have heard horror stories of people losing their wallets and scam sites etc.

Does any one have any advice or experiences good or bad that they would care to share?

Also does anyone have any opinion on when to invest?

Is it going to continue to decline and what is your entry point $6k?

Is anyone anticipating the next bull run in March next year when the mining rewards halve?

I came across this site that allows you to hold bitcoin and gold as a hedge any thoughts?
[link to www.vaultoro.com (secure)]

What is GLPers preferred method of buying bitcoin and can you share any dos and don'ts for the novices out here?

Cheers and good luck!

Re: bitcoin advice
The key is to get people to send YOU their bitcoin.

From there, the key is to change it into dollars so you can actually buy something.

The whole thing is a vehicle to transfer and launder money - it's just most people don't consider that the key is to actually get money.

Also, offshore online casinos.

Create a paper wallet.

Buy btc on coinbase.

Transfer from coinbase to paper wallet.

Btc is safe.

When you want cash, transfer from paper wallet to coinbase, then cash back to bank account.

Re: bitcoin advice
Probably more profitable to simply buy crypto and not mine it.

Should stick with a basket of BTC, with ETH and XRP as close seconds.

I suggest purchasing a hardware wallet for crypto, but buy straight from the manufacturer, not 2nd or 3rd party sites like amazon.

There are no '2 for 1' giveaways, those are scams.

Be aware of FUD and FOMO and how these two harm the investor

I'm not sure about BTC even though it is 'original' but definitely need a bag of it. I think ETH and XRP have bigger spaces to grow into.

You should just buy one of my "tard" coins. I'll sell it to you for $5000 dollars. Then it will be worth $5000 and someone will buy it from you for $6000 and so on.

Right to the moon. Tard coins are the future!!

Its the chain and smart contracts for the future. Only a handful of crypto's will make it. Find a few that have a purpose. Those are the ones that will flourish. If one more person says xrp I will go crazy !~ It is there network they will use and not their coins. Do some research. It went from $3.84 and now down to .19 cents. Does that sound like a winner to you >

moneroocean.stream is ok for pool mining, this is not an afilliate link

When to buy? I will be hoping 3-5k you have to watch the game ... get a Trading View free account and learn from good ideas published.

Full custody multi coin wallet. Make paper copies of each sub account as well. Run it on a Linux Mint not WinSpy Pro ok ? ;) Use virtualbox - VMs are easy to back up to USB big enough, you can have a crypto wallet-service VM , make sure you encrypt the main drive. You can run it even off a usb3 external drive.
