That's possible. We do know that Jesus was born in August or September. Mary's cousin Elizabeth was 6 months pregnant with John the Baptist when Jesus was conceived. John's father was a priest who only served at the temple during one week in June, and it was during this week that he found out Elizabeth was pregnant. So 6 months after May-June is when Jesus was conceived (November-December) and nine months after that would be August-September.

Also to the people who think Christmas is actually a pagan holiday and Christians just don't know it: Christians know what they're celebrating. On Christmas we celebrate the birth of our Savior, not the Roman god Saturn. It's possible that converts from paganism replaced some of their old holidays with new ones. So what if they did?
