Sorry, I'm having a hard time believing this, especially since you post no links, no evidence these trials took place, how you are aware of these experiments, nothing other than your story. Were you involved in these experiments somehow?
A quick Internet search reveals nothing about this subject.
Do you have anything other than your word to point to for independent confirmation?

This compassionate trait is not learned, the rats are born with this instinct. However, similar experiments with chimpanzee communities and also with human subjects, shows that chimps and humans DO NOT HAVE that instinctive drive for compassion towards each other. In chimps and humans, the compassionate traits must be taught. If the traits are not taught, the result is a psychopathic individual and then psychopathic society.
