U.S. satellites also detected two surface-to-air missile launches, which happened shortly before the plane exploded, CBS News was told." From the footage I saw yesterday, it looked like the plane was burning as it hit the ground, and I saw an explosion even before it hit the ground. It was obviously hit by a missile in the air. |

They will take up the entire hour, and then the regular news starts the next hour. In other words, they break in at 3pm, and the regular "Eyewitness News" hour starts at 4, then another hour of local "Eyewitness News" starts at 5, another "Eyewitness News" from 6 until 6:30.
