Aaammm on inhale Ooomm on exhale mentally chanting this will increase your intuition 1000 fold be carefull it will work and it does take months it from Hindu and buddist traditions and AM means universal Omm is understanding

so it's AAMM while you inhale and OOMM while you exhale mentally (not out loud) focus on breath and sit straight ..if you do this laying down youll fall asleep and if you do it driving youll either miss your turn or just crash into the car in front of you so dont do it (for real)!!

Or you can count your breaths consecutively to 1000 it also takes months it will be an exercise in attention & focus also a gauge to see where your at and you will notice where your thoughts pop in so to speak....youll eventually "see" them
