How can less moisture in the air contribute to more aerosols?

I can see it increasing spread if its AIRBORNE as there won't be moisture droplets for it to possibly attach to and fall to the ground when it becomes too heavy to float on a flys fart.

ANd now they are relying on AI to figure it out? Where are the actual lab tests being performed to figure this stuff out?

I'm not afraid of COVID. I have, long ago, made my peace with my God. If I get it and die, I get it and die. I agree with you that half the world's population dying from this is unlikely, but could happen over time due to reinfection or the chronic issues that are becoming a bigger and bigger deal by the day with long haulers.

There is NO, NONE, NADA evidence to support your claim that this will just "go away". None. Pie in the sky optimism will get you fucking killed. There is also no evidence to support that we are truly anywhere close to a safe, effective vaccine for this monster. The antibodies for COVID have demonstrated, in multiple studies, to have a very limited shelf life (2-3 months). Besides, if after all these years they still don't have a reliable vaccine for the flu (every year it is a crapshoot and they rarely if ever get it right), why should we have optimism that they will magically get a vaccine for this?

Horses originated in South America and spread all over the world during the ice ages.

Yet, when Europeans came to the Americas over 500 years ago...no horses.

What happened? Why did horses survive in Eurasia, but not in the Americas?

My hypothesis is that a deadly virus wiped them out in the Americas, possibly something like equine encephalitis.

My macro hypothesis is that disease played a bigger role in evolution and extinctions than we currently understand.

So, will the Wuhan Virus wipe us out? No, but the damage to our civ could be enormous.
