I've been playing around with the data a bit. and trying my hands a bit at modelling.

I've been using this data to spread out reported deaths over time to get a sense of actual new cases: [link to i.ibb.co (secure)]

This key is flawed in that it only accounts for mortality for:
A) people who are ever hospitalized - People dying at home die faster
B) It's only based on data from the netherlands, I can't find data from other places that give the same information - If you know of any please let me know.

So using that data I back projected to generate new cases based on different IFR's (Infection Fatality rate - Number of people whom died/Number of people infected including asymptomatic)

NC is the actual reporting of new cases worldwide, BG3 is the assumed number of people infected.

IFR 0,4% - 1 death per 250 cases (CDC suggested rate): [link to i.ibb.co (secure)]

IFR 1% - 1 death per 100 cases: [link to i.ibb.co (secure)]

IFR 3.3% - 1 death per 33 cases: [link to i.ibb.co (secure)]

I stopped the modelling at -19 days when the projected deaths are less then 90% accurate per the 'key' I posted above. -Edit- It's 80% ~10% of deaths that I know of happen between 30-60 days

I'm honestly baffled by tool quality. In general every old (power) tool I have ever owned that I can rely on was made 20-30 years ago (need to replace batteries for power tools, the tool itself is fine). Nearly nothing made after that has the same usable lifetime.
