This is difficult OP. I grew up on Lamb and like Goat too( kind of like lamb ) But mostly I like Beef. I like Beef a lot. Unless it's pork * bacon and egg pie. That one is a number one too.

I used to buy it by the side, about 300lbs worth, I talked to the fellow over across the Straight about it and he said...they don't make any sort of hormones for the things and they won't eat anything other then what they want. So they are grassfed organic in pretty much any scenario.
