Nancy talked about other countries closing schools and businesses, and said we might get to that point here at some point. Very good, Nancy. Preparing the people.

People and businesses have time to get ready. NOW is the time for businesses to try to make a COP. (Well, that probably should have been done already, but hey, better late than never.)
