Get an ozone generator, ozone fumigate your isolation area. Ozone will sterilize clothing, porous materials. Get UVC germicidal lamps, they too will sterilize surfaces almost instantly as they destroy pathogens at the genetic level, inside out. Ultraviolet light in the C wavelength is fatal to viruses and bacteria. You shouldn't be in the same environment with UVC light as it will hurt your eyes, burn them actually like arc light from a arc welder.

I wish, I've seen UVC lamps on e-bay with wide variance in price from $4 to over $100. If possible, get the UVC LED variety. Why? In case of power disruption, LEDs have low power demands compared to tube lamps. If you have to conserve power and continue sterilization LEDs are the way to go. As for the ozone generators, they are power hogs. You will need deep cycle marine batteries with dc to ac power inverters. I hope this helps OP.
