Here is a (probably rediculous) idea.
About a month and a half ago, I began to notice many TV and online personalities- spread far and wide- complaining about a mild respiratory ailment. Of course, this is cold/flu season in many places in the world, so the observation was apropos of nothing.
I too got sick, and it was very strange.
There was the usual initial recognition you have when you're body isn't at its peak, and you know something is coming. It became clear with a sudden fever, low grade, that persisted for a day at most, and completely disappeared leaving me with a deep cough that produced nothing and wasn't any more than sporadic for a few days. My voice went, but the odd thing was that after the initial fever/discomfort, there was just lingering fatigue. I remember being amazed at how quickly it had onset, but then dropped off immediately- only to hang around in the background for about another week. It was as if I was ill without being ill. I really don't know how to describe it other than to say it felt like a very distinct, asymptomatic (almost) flu.
In any case, many others in my family and hometown had something similar, and a few noted it's unique nature. I don't want to say MANY people said this, because I only recall a few instances, and, like I said, the timing just puts it squarely in the wheelhouse of it's simply being the flu.
All that being said, here is the idea:

-Assume China is lying; it really is quite bad.

-Our intelligence agencies are fully aware of the fact that China is lying, and so, are also fully aware that the situation is grave. By virtue of this, the President is of course aware, and so, his apparent failure to begin restrictions on travel- or do ANYTHING AT ALL- is incongruent with all apparent reality.

-If the above are true, then the lack of concern/action from them may be genuine because many here have been SECRETLY PRE-VACCINATED via some mass dispersion mechanism(s).

I haven't fleshed these ideas out AT ALL. I'm just putting it out there that maybe the reason it seems like the 'Infrastructure', so to speak, doesn't seem overly concerned with the literal video-game style apocalypse going down in China spreading here. WHY !!EXACTLY!! NOT?
A record breaking quarantine of tens of millions of people in a dozen metropolitan areas of a first world country IS TREMENDOUSLY BAD. What is going on here!? There's no chance that we shouldn't be already closing our borders if what were told about the virus is true...and yet, we haven't even issued formal restrictions on travel. Something unseemly seems afoot, on many levels.
All conjecture, all anecdote. Just having trouble sleeping and wanted to see what others might think.

A made in China bioweapon! Let that sink in for a moment. It reminds me of all the cheap flimsy plastic junk with the made in Hong Kong label from my childhood. The Chinese are known for their cheap knockoffs so now we are probably getting to see their cheap badly copied bioweapon that has escaped one their labs and is now killing their own people. Oops!

Only by using non-destructive weapons that can kill many
people will we be able to reserve America for ourselves. There has been
rapid development of modern biological technology, and new bio weapons have
been invented one after another. Of course we have not been idle; in the past
years we have seized the opportunity to master weapons of this kind. We are
capable of achieving our purpose of “cleaning up” America all of a sudden.


When Comrade Xiaoping was still with us, the Party Central Committee
had the perspicacity to make the right decision not to develop aircraft
carrier groups and focus instead on developing lethal weapons that can
eliminate mass populations of the enemy country.
From a humanitarian perspective, we should issue a warning to the

of the United States to be China’s colony, because America was first

Biological weapons are unprecedented in their ruthlessness, but if the
Americans do not die then the Chinese have to die. If the Chinese people are
strapped to the present land, a total societal collapse is bound to take place.
According to the computation of the author of Yellow Peril, more than half of
the Chinese will die, and that figure would be more than 800 million people!
Just after the liberation, our yellow land supported nearly 500 million people,
while today the official figure of the population is more than 1.3 billion. This
yellow land has reached the limit of its capacity. One day, who knows how soon
it will come, the great collapse will occur any time and more than half of the
population will have to go.
We must prepare ourselves for two scenarios. If our biological weapons
succeed in the surprise attack [on the United States, the Chinese people will
be able to keep their losses at a minimum in the fight against the United
States. If, however, the attack fails and triggers a nuclear retaliation from the
United States, China would perhaps suffer a catastrophe in which more than
half of its population would perish. That is why we need to be ready with air
defense systems for our big and medium-sized cities. Whatever the case may
be, we can only move forward fearlessly for the sake of our Party and state and

Plausible deniability would allow some sacrifice for the greater good and the party. Read the 2030 pdf file on chinese world view and supremecy of their culture ...but more importantly their need for living space as their carrying capacity is over extended currently and they are in a struggle to the death with U.S.A. their doctrine was to forgo carrier battle groups for biological warfare research and would only use thé weapons when sufficient defences where emplaced around their medium to large cities to absorb the coming nuclear counter strike. The western directed Hong Kong insurection is probably the nail in the coffin as the party has a fear of another Tiananmen incident which nearly collapsed the party. I suspect a weakened form has been unleashed in china while concurrent release of a more potent variant is taking place.
