At this time, there are a small number of individual cases in the U.S., and no confirmed cases in Delaware. The Division of Public Health is investigating one potential case of 2019 Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) in a Delaware resident. The individual is a Kent County resident. After review of the patient’s travel history and symptoms with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), it was determined that testing should be performed. Test results are pending from the CDC, and are expected in the coming days. The individual is currently hospitalized in isolation out of an abundance of caution. There is no widespread risk to hospital staff, patients, or visitors, as all appropriate protective precautions are being taken at all hospitals statewide. You have to meet certain criteria to get tested like have visited the infected region. If a house keeper, resturant worker or taxi driver gets it because they came in contact with someone who had it and has no idea where or from who. Then they would just think it's a virus no warning. I'm thinkin it's here and way more cases than reported. They don't have enough test kits and it takes days to get tested.

China doesn't have enough test kits, and what they have are not accurate. And what everyone else is also inaccurate. I read a paper (scientific) and I think it was NE Medical Journal, but no certain, they said the virus begins to shed 5 days after exposure, but symptoms may not manifest until day 14. And our quarantines for likely exposure are 14 days. So you could be shedding the virus for 9 days before symptoms. I think we are all in a wait and see position. The sad thing is that we have no idea about the reality of whether or not it is only deadly in Asians, or really anything. It's a new bioweapon. Yippee. If we could all just stop for 2 months, we could probably stop this thing.
