Is epilepsy real?

Is epilepsy for real? I was reading a book I found somewhere, and it used the word epilepsy for someone who has hair that's too fluffy.

Left or right? Gosh I had it at the flower but weed shop while another person talked very selfish and loud, and my right side went up and down as if being horrased for buying weed while not helping them? Oh gosh that didn't escalate lucky me perhaps
