Right now we're at the point where something new is needed ... World basic income wbi is one proposition but comes with alot of problems and doesnt repair the ongoing problems .

And if only a few countries do it ... Hordes and hordes will be stalking your country to scam their way in ... It needs to be done around the world all at the same time in the same system ... Note - WORLD basic income ...
I dont even think we've had a discussion about WORLD basic income

Its not american basic income , canadas basic income , etc.
