[link to www.law.cornell.edu (secure)] Not to worry, most likely just the latest hoax in a long line of failed hoaxes. After this one fails, I'm sure there will be yet another. The less intelligent will fall for that one as well. Yep, sounds like it. WH and Trump saying that Trump did not offer a pardon, that Trump barely knows Dana, and they believe it's just another hoax story by the Democrats. I do remember there was rumor Dana was into this whole Assange and server stuff and saying HE HAD PROOF it wasn't a hack. Or maybe he was seeing what proof Assange had, idk, can't remember. I know this. I remember reading this "rumor" way back when all this Assange stuff was all over the internet about an Assange pardon. I find it interesting that the Mueller probe was in full swing then too. It very well could be Dems spreading rumors. Or sea eye a hacks trying to set up Trump because they knew Mueller had NOTHING. Or was it Q? I didn't follow Q so I wonder just where this rumor originated at. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78495846 Assange’s lawyers said on Wednesday that former Republican congressman Dana Rohrabacher offered Assange the deal in 2017, a year after emails that damaged Hillary Clinton in the presidential race had been published. WikiLeaks posted the stolen DNC emails after they were hacked by Russian operatives. The claim that Rohrabacher acted as an emissary for the White House came during a pre-extradition hearing in London. Assange has argued that he should not be extradited to the U.S. because the American case against him is politically motivated. He spent almost seven years hiding in the Ecuadorian embassy in Central London claiming that he would be jailed in the U.S. if he wasn’t granted asylum. He was kicked out of the embassy last year. His lawyers told the court that Trump’s alleged offer to pardon Assange proved that this was no ordinary criminal investigation. Edward Fitzgerald, who was representing Assange in court, said he had evidence that a quid pro quo was put to Assange by Rohrabacher, who was known as Putin’s favorite congressman. Fitzgerald said a statement produced by Assange’s personal lawyer, Jennifer Robinson, included a description of “Mr Rohrabacher going to see Mr Assange and saying, on instructions from the president, he was offering a pardon or some other way out, if Mr Assange... said Russia had nothing to do with the DNC leaks.” District Judge Vanessa Baraitser, who is presiding over the pre-trial hearing in Westminster Magistrates’ Court, said the allegation would be admissible during Assange’s extradition hearing, which is due to begin next week. Trump offered Assange pardon if he denied Russian involvement in DNC email leak [link to www.foxnews.com (secure)] Nice of them to report this.... [link to mobile.twitter.com (secure)] WikiLeaks Chronology matters: The meeting and the offer were made ten months after Julian Assange had already independently stated Russia was not the source of the DNC publication. The witness statement is one of the many bombshells from the defence to come |

Truth is, he's being kept in solitary confinement because what he says would exonerate President Trump, because it would bring Seth Rich into play... This is just more DemocRaT spinning of the narrative to make Trump look bad. Daily Beast might as well say C ! That is not just talk. That is documentary evidence that the court has ruled will be admissable. Yeah just more talk. Documented heresay is just heresay. There is no 'documentary evidence'. What you have is documentary evidence as well as sworn testimony from Edward Fitzgerald who was present at the meeting with Assange and Rohrabacher. That is not just "hearsay".
