PPT is sleeping. They are worn out from the 27k battle they lost today.

I think you're right. A thousand point loss would have never have happened if they were at full energy (buying power).

Futures were green before Trump started his presser.

It went red about halfway through when it became clear that Trump had no plan and was whitewashing the situation.

Fed owns the (digital) printing press. They are not missing a beat. Went out for dinner. Turned the economy over to a $75K a year accountant sitting at a workstation who has instruction to pump $500 billion into DOW futures.

Problem is we just do not know when, but the pump will begin.

They been juicing the markets with overnight Repo liquidity since Sep October.

I'm thinking the Fed Balance sheet is a pretty ugly turd, with the smart money long gone.
