The only other method is to insert a tube rectally attached to a sterilized DOUCHE/ENEMA BOTTLE, around 500-1,000 MILLILITERS of sterile water filled with a 1,000 mg of dissolved LIPOSOMAL VITAMIN C

Regular 500 mg VITAMIN C from the DOLLAR TREE in powdered tablet form can also be utilized as well

Make sure to boil the water in order to dissolve the crushed up VITAMIN C POWDERED TABLETS and then ALLOW THE WATER TO COOL DOWN
