My daughter couldn't even find a flippin bar of soap. Last Edited by ~Jazzy~ on 03/08/2020 07:15 PM To know where your heart is, look where your mind goes when it wanders. A rock in bad hands killed Abel. A rock in good hands killed Goliath. It isn't about the rock. No problems or shortages at either. Lowes carries lots of cleaner material and paper towels, etc. So its a good back-up to the traditional outlets when it comes to those things. While not unusually busy and no sign of obvious prepping and absolutely no panic - the shelves were low and faced up without being full at all on various canned goods, etc. Plenty of TP in the TP isle. Again, nothing 'out'. What I did notice while topping off some stores was that some things that are long date items are now more than 2 years in their stamped date. Some tuna packets are now good to mid-to-late 2022. Canned goods are almost all 2022 now. Seems odd. As if recently made and rushed to the shelves to keep the inventory up. Do not see much concern in central Kentucky. Boys Sweet 15 HS basket tournament will be here March 18th. So Rupp Arena - where UK Wildcats play - will be full for 4 straight days, with people from all over the state in Lexington. |

It is surprising to be in Harrison County. In the main topic, I detailed the timeline as I'm in western Kentucky and have tracking this for weeks. I don't think those urban centers will flee here. It makes no sense. But college students might track it back to Western Kentucky from the University of Kentucky or the University of Louisville. |

Just as easily track it from China. All the children have to spend a year in France or visit China now. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78076561 The other hospital in Roseville, CA (place where first Cali person died) has two quiet cases of it. Nobody is supposed to know. Sgt Shultz out... The first Californian to die was a 71 or 72 year old with underlying health conditions. So, are you saying two others from California have died or that they tested positive? There are many Chinese and Asian students in our universities. I would think many went back to China for Christmas break, which is almost a month, then returned to their schools in the USA. My grandson is a professor's assistant and said he had a student from China in his class right after returning from the Christmas break. He was there for about a month after the holiday break but isn't in class anymore. I forgot to ask if he knows what happened to him. Last Edited by nutmeg on 03/08/2020 10:21 PM |

Went to a super Walmart today and noticed all the water gone and all the bleach and cleaning supplies wiped out. I just stocked up on a few extra supplies and plan on sheltering in place. Looking into purchasing a gun bigger than what I have . Second phase in life begins |
