i was thinking if the economy gets bad enough, they will be selling stuff for dirt cheap at good rates, plus a lot of incentives.
Im in S.E Georgia, so i dont need a lot of land or a big house. im downsizing and at 53, not looking to get hitched again. just looking more to breathing without all the drama. know what i mean?
