I’ve tried CBD Oil which didn’t really help. The best I’ve found is a lot of fish oil and an extremely clean diet. But it’s just not enough sometimes.

I overthink too , it sux. I do find small doses of weed helps. It is legal here which makes it easy. I can't keep focus is my problem.
