So what if, and I'm just saying what if.. we did develop an engineered virus and the coding was on a gov server somewhere that China hacked? What if they hacked and found the source code, and what if the code eluded to a certain subset of people that would be especially affected and a certain class of people that would not as impacted by this engineered contagion? What if the information was specifically left in a place the gov suspected was being hacked and intended for the bad actor to develop this "bug", but the truth of what and who it really impacts what intentionally written wrong, so that the hacker or hackers that discovered it would potentially release a weapon they thought was designed to target some ethnic peoples, when in fact it actually targets others?

What if those countries most at risk contained higher concentrations of peoples who the risk is highest for and other countries not so much.
