Actually it is vitamin d that is more important for preventing or treating a virus. It was the treatment for all past varieties of coronavirus before this bat one. Look it up if interested. It is also found in oranges though, and yes vit c is helpful for a healthy immune system. Vit d also found in mushrooms, oily fish like tuna, eggs (yolk), almond milk and sunshine!

eat organges. still won't get nearly enough vit c as you need now, but it is at least better than orange juice that has a lot of sugar and no "pulp" and makes sugar in your blood spike. not much better than soda.

You need up to 35 grams per day, and that amount is not attainable at 50 mg per fibrous rose hip.

Skip the orange juice, it's loaded with sugar which is undesirable. Instead get some powder ascorbic acid and take it.

You'd get hyperglycemic comatose trying to get the required amount of vit C, and anyway, to get the peels candied, you have to heat them above the recommended temp for preserving vit C.

And it doesnt exist, because if it did, it would be 20 bucks a capsule. Even at 20 bucks a bottle, it would have to be produced and 4 bucks to generate the obscence profit margins that are standard in the 'health food' industry.

The fact that this thread started out by providing misinformation and this misinformation persists is a worrisome event.
What has proven to work has nothing to do with organic rose hips raised in loving homes.
It comes from treatment with nasty industrial chemicals.

The fact is that when it comes to health food supplementation/herbs from 'natural' sources, more often than not, the substance promised on the label DOES NOT MATCH THE DNA OF WHATS IN THE BOTTLE.
