I was thinking the same thing. In the example Scrump provided from a year ago when it was left off, it was a hastily thrown together press briefing to congratulate Nancy Pelosi. Since they had to scramble to put it together, I get how it was missed. However, how do they miss this everyday for several days in a critical event in the history of this country? Again could be nothing and i am overreaching.

It’s because he is in the White House... wants to make it known that is where he will be making his speeches... during this crisis.

I think it's a covert, yet overt signal to state that he is not in control. A signal to those in the know.

It has been my understanding that when ever the president speaks such as at a podium the seal is there. It has been my experience that to not have the seal is highly unusual. I am not saying it doesn’t happen but to continuously not happen especially at the white house...i find unusual.

I have read that as well. I could not tell as how the flag falls if the gold fringe was there or not.

There was a thread on this. Only one flag, no more gold fringe and no presidential seal. It had good info, but it’s been at least a week since I read it. Something to do with emergency declaration....or something.

Its because were no longer a corporation...the old guard has been defeated.

It's because other people are speaking at the podium. If it was only Trump speaking at the podium, the seal would be there.
