Wow.....you're right about his birth date. I wondered about that recently when I looked him up because I thought he was WAYYY too young to be Surgeon General. SG should be an old codger who knows all kinds of shit and is not rattled by it. Black or white, I don't care. But when I looked him up I think it said he was 44/45, something like that, but no birth date. So maybe he's even younger? Something odd about that.
