If that's true, that's very good news and MAYBE exactly what's needed.

MAYBE because he didn't give any demographics that I heard - were they all young kids, a mixed group, lots of old people, etc?

What we need is for that or something to work about that well with the demographics ending up with severe cases/in the ICU.
