Lots of us think we had it before then, how would anyone know, this is a psy -'op Perhaps why they didn't want to test everyone?

I will say this, I deliver for fdx, if this virus lived on carboard for as long as they say it does, A LOT of people would have had the rona already....spread out across the board for all of the shipping companies. hell, I think by now 80% of the globe would have it if all their claims were legit.

I know for a fact that I had it after seeing other people show the symptom of "no taste" occurring. (That symptom was prevalent later in someone else that I know, and was also many days before being mentioned in the media.)


When that particular thing happened to me weeks ago, (it was the first "real" symptom), I first thought it was something neurological, like an impending stroke, or a brain tumor... I was really kind of worried, and afraid to mention it and freak everyone out, so I waited...


Then, I got rather sick and had every other symptom in the book for this COVID-19 outbreak (..but what would probably be considered one of the "mild" cases), so I didn't go to work for about 12 days...

...and then I got shitloads of flack about "missing work" (aka: probably saving their lives!)

I had absolutely no idea about that when I told them that food was tasting bland and I had no appetite. I just assumed it was a symptom with my possible kidney infection. I get home and boom, it's all over the media. The fuck?

I am actually an RN in St Pete FL in a trauma hospital, we have 2 verified cases, both with no preexisting conditions, one is 55 or 53, another 23-26 years old, both on ventilators, being treated with malaria drug, not doing good. The older one is not really conscious and they just started him on dialysis, he is on roto bed. Nurse who works on that unit told me that seems like the sooner they start malaria drug, the better is the outcome. Those guys waited weeks, one traveled to Europe, another one worked on Cruise ship to Italy. It basically destroys your lungs and in some cases kidneys.

I know quite a few people personally who have gone through a hellish bug since summer 2019... I myself had an extremely strange flu TWICE in almost exactly 3 months. Mid-June then Mid-September.
I'm a common sense kind of guy when it comes to getting sick, I don't go screaming to the doctor. I wait it out and let my body do the thing. This bug however was way different than anything I've had so far (31 if we make it to the end of this month).
In June I actually got a ride to the emergency room because I was so scared. I had been sick for a couple days with only these symptoms: extreme fatigue, fever (37.8C), extremely sore muscles especially neck, pounding headache and abdominal pain with every cough, and alternating periods of extreme heat/sweating vs cold/shivering. No mucus, nausea, or sore throat...my NECK muscles were sore, but not my throat. It was the cold flashes that I went to the hospital for: I got so cold that my lips turned blue, my teeth chattered, and my fingers went numb as if I had been out at the ski hill all day in minus 20.
I never found out what it was because they never brought me into emerg, just gave me 1000mg tylenol so I got my buddy to drive me back home.

I've talked to others who had that, but my roommates never caught it from me in either instance that I had it. Idk what's going on but there's a lot of bugs going around that stand out against past years.

I put no but a 27 yr old girl ended up in ICU and tested negative back when the tests were not working properly. She is not overweight and had no previous health issues. She went into severe respiratory distress and is STILL not ok. She has blood clots in her lungs and is home now barely getting around. There is only 1 confirmed in same city (so far!) and he died.

Been sick over 2 weeks and on quarantine. I’m a nurse and work in management currently. Two weeks ago started feeling under the weather, body aches, nausea. The day after those symptoms started I went into work and started vomiting profusely, explosive diarrhea and spiked a fever within minutes of each other. I live 7 mi from my work and from the time I left to when I got home I could hardly walk. I was overcome with weakness and even called home cause I could barely drive. Got home and couldn’t walk up the stairs had to crawl. This was at 11am. Fell asleep and bf woke me up at 9pm and made me eat some broth.

It’s been 2 weeks since that happened and I’m sleeping an average of 14-18 hours a day, I’ve lost almost 11 pounds. Severe body aches and shortness of breath with walking, talking, doing laundry, etc...essentially any exertion.

Have had 5 appointments with kaiser. One in person and 4 on the phone. They won’t test me but I demanded a flu test cause I got tired of them telling me it’s the flu. Flu a and b negative. When all is said and done at this point you couldn’t get me to test if you brought it to me. No way no how. Do I think I have it? Yes. Kaiser said it’s 99.9% that I do have it but their reasoning to not test me is because I am not in severe respiratory distress and I don’t “fit” the symptoms outlined by the CDC because I don’t have a dry cough.

Been a nurse 20 years and had some horrible flus, viruses and bugs over the years being exposed to so much. Personal protective equipment only does so much it a pathogen is virulent. Sometimes it doesn’t matter how careful you are or how much you adhere to wearing PPE and hand hygiene. Sometimes the bugs just get in by no fault of your own. That being said I can tell you in all my life I have never been this sick. I’ve had pneumonia, I’ve been in icu and not expected to live through the night, I’ve been coded twice and much much more. I’ve never felt as horrible as I have these past two weeks.

Two weeks of isolation sleeping up to 18 hours a day, body aches that feel like a tank has run back and forth over me, a migraine from hell that lasted 5 days, metallic taste in mouth and food tasting totally off and a slight cough with no mucous until this weekend (it was white then turned green) and intermittent fever no more than 101.5. For those reasons I didn’t fit the qualifications for testing.

I think the real reason they didn’t test me is because this thing is real and it’s everywhere. A couple of theories on that one and how it got here have gone through my mind but the real reason they didn’t tell me is probably because they want to keep the numbers down. They don’t want to really reveal how bad this thing is.

In 20 years of working trauma Er and a dozen other specialties I’ve worked with some amazing doctors. I’ve worked with local government on disaster training for pandemics and terrorist attacked. Never in my 20 years have I seen medical professionals scared of disease like they are of COVID-19.

I’ll be honest guys, my mom told me months ago to prep for this and I thought she was off her rocker. I’ve been on GLP for a long time and have lived through a lot of stuff with the old timers here. This one blind sided me. I thought it was a big old nothingburger and the GLP effect would squash it. I thought it was fake.

Currently I work in dialysis and run a multi million dollar company and I will tell you my company unlike competitors is staying open and fighting the fight against this thing. We have set up clinics especially to treat COVID positive patients and PUI’s. We have designated testing areas for our patients. Patients are dying unexpectedly and quickly. Staff are refusing to care for patients with it because it’s so virulent. PPE is running short. Got an email from my local county Emergency Command Center (they have been open and functioning for over a month) staying ALL their reserves are gone. See when there is a local emergency the command center sends out resources when requested. These can be gowns, gloves, saline, staff etc. if you need something in an emergency and can’t get it you submit a resource request and the local government gives it to you free of charge. In one month this large community has depleted their stock pile of gowns, gloves, masks and face shields.

No more requests for supplies are being accepted until FEMA delivers more. We are rationing the supplies we have. We cannot use N95 masks we can only use standard surgical masks! This isn’t just affecting the dialysis community it is everywhere and it is real.

Have a friend in the ER that’s a charge nurse. She has seen dozens of positive patients. Best way to test isn’t a nasal swab it’s a chest CT scan. The defining sign is ground glass multi focal opacities. The other day she had a 20 year old man present with severe abdominal pain in the left lower quadrant. They thought he had diverticulitis so they did a ct of the chest and abdomen. Welp what do you know, his lungs were full of the ground glass opacities. He tested positive and was asymptomatic. Last weekend she helped intubate 2 positive patients. Patients aren’t presenting with a dry cough and fever. They are presenting with abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, sore throat and shortness of breath on exertion. The course of recovery is that they feel horrible then rebound and crash ending up on a vent. I myself have rebound twice and crashed back to day one. Thankfully I know enough to keep my lungs clear and so far have been safe not requiring a trip to ER.

For those who think this is all a fake virus, walk in my shoes for an hour. Experience what I’ve gone through the past two weeks and what my patients that are positive are going through or the ones who were healthy Friday and Saturday fell over dead because they drowned in frothy blood tinged sputum. Walk in my friends shoes intubating these middle aged people and kids in acute respiratory distress. Go to the ICU and see dialysis being done on a previously healthy 20 year old who’s kidneys shut down because of this virus.

I’m all for wearing a tin hat and a good conspiracy and probably could share a couple of my own surrounding this thing that haven’t even been considered yet but having walked this path I can tell you idk if the thing making everyone sick is really COVID19 or if it is a product of bioterrorism or if it’s some sick angry lab techs idea of a bad joke that got out of hand or better yet, is it really a virus or is it radiation poisoning and that’s really why they want everyone inside?...your guess is as good as mine but I can tell you this, whatever is happening made me sick. It made my kids sick and my mom sick within 24 hours of each other and it affected each of us differently. “Something” is making people sick and it’s highly virulent and scares the otherwise unshakable medical community at large.

Wash your hands and avoid going out if you can. This thing is bigger than all of us and doesn’t matter who or why it was started. It’s here and no we either live or die as a result. Is it biblical? It’s going to get worse and each of us will lose someone close to us because of it. That’s how real this is from the viewpoint of the doctors and medical professional I work with. We’ve never faced something this dangerous. Doesn’t matter if the government started it or China, it’s here we have no choice but to deal with it. Be smart and make sure your eyes are wide open so you see the bigger picture in all things. I was totally blind sided by this one. First time I’ve had blinders on in many years. Things are going to continue to change rapidly moving forward, what was a priority today won’t be tomorrow. God help us if this thing evolves and mutates into another more virulent strain. I told my boss the other day that I Hope in a year she can look me in my eyes and tell me I was off my rocker thinking this would get worse and could be biblical in nature. I hope I am wrong. I spoke with my father this afternoon. My father is a semi-retired doctor that has been affiliated with one hospital in northern new jersey, Bergen County for over 50 years. The hospital has been overrun with Covid-19 patients. The entire ICU is full with coronavirus patients and the hospital was forced to repurpose a separate floor for overflow cases. There are at least 60 more patients suspected of having the virus at the hospital and the hospital has moved all non-covid19 patients including all women in labor in the maternity area to a different facility to make room for more covid19 patients. They are running out of ventilators and other supplies. Doesn't look good.

The virus exists,killing no more or less than the regular flu.

Especially somalis are dying because got resistant tuberculosis. TBC and this virus is a killer.

Yes I do. There's a case in my factory where I work. The infected person walked around and his crew is quarantined. We, however are still required to report to work. It's everywhere. I probably even have it myself.

Respiratory therapist here, working for a large hospital in northern Nevada. We finally got our first positive vented patient in the ICU and have multiple rule outs pending results. I was also starting to doubt the official narrative, but now I don't know.
