How do they arrest people now?

There will inevitably be some meltdowns, mini or hard core crime waves, or just cynical acts of brazen hooligan behavior.

How do they arrest? Are law enforcement officers incased in bubble wrap? I've saw them wear rubber gloves long before this alleged virus broke out but now what? Do they put the mask on during a traffic stop?

LE is just as suseptable as anyone else right? How do they practice social distancing? Answer to that one is they can not.

According to reports they are releasing the criminals. No SD (social distancing) in jail.

Are LE just on stand down orders right now and being briefed for the big purge?
