Essential workers should get hazard pay if jobless get $900/wk

Pisses me off that I have to continue my life as normal, while others get extended vacations with 100% pay!

I've been saying this since my grocery store started looking like Omaha beach!

You picked a an essential business to work for. Not the gov problem to fix. I'm laid off and I work in restaurants. Always thought I had job security because people have to eat. Been working in restaurants 15+ years honing my skills. Now I cant work and I get $300 compared to my $800 a week I was making. Id much rather be working. Quit bitching.

In your dream man. Supermarket business is unprofitable especially these days. Many stores are under debt, if you want better treatment go get an education boy

Student Doctors - £28k
Student Nurse - £20k
Delivery Driver - £22k
Shop worker - £13k
Care worker - £17k

You could argue these workers are highest risk and on the front lines.

by the way, many illegals are standing in line to get into the field. they don't need you.

Not to mention garbage collectors, firemen and public transport drivers.
